Brief Project Description

This project investment aims to transform and strengthen the competitiveness of Integra d.o.o. across the business segments of creation, production, marketing, and distribution of services. The project focuses on enhancing existing business processes by adapting operations for the Digital Single Market. The implementation of project activities will introduce new capabilities within business processes through the integration of state-of-the-art equipment and software. The investment will create new opportunities for sales and translation activities within the Applicant’s business, enabling the creation of high-quality products for the market. The introduction of new digital solutions into key business processes will bolster the competitiveness and capacity of Integra d.o.o., ultimately contributing to digital transformation and increasing the reach of the entire creative sector in the Republic of Croatia.

The project includes the following activities:

  1. Establishment of new and improvement of existing business processes for adaptation to the Digital Single Market

  2. Employee professional development and training

  3. Project management

  4. Communication and visibility.

Project Objectives and Expected Results

The objectives and expected results of the project are:

  1. Under the Call “Transformation and Strengthening of the Competitiveness of Cultural and Creative Industries”, Integra d.o.o. is investing in the transformation and strengthening of the competitiveness of the cultural and creative sectors by introducing innovations into existing business processes using the latest digital tools and equipment. Furthermore, the enhancement of employee skills will result in the overall strengthening of the company’s competitiveness.
  2. Improvement of 4 business processes within the Applicant’s company.

  3. Upskilling of 4 employees through digital skills training.

  4. Investment in the Applicant’s visibility and brand recognition by creating new opportunities for the creation, production, marketing, and distribution of products.

The implementation of project activities and the use of modern tools—which significantly enhance business operations—will facilitate the improvement of the creative, production, marketing, and distribution processes of Integra d.o.o.
